Ordering online is easy. Just visit our order page and click the "Order Now" button to add the item to your shopping cart.
You can review your order, see totals, and calculate shipping and taxes (if applicable). After collecting your shipping and billing information securely,
our shopping cart will e-mail you a receipt upon payment confirmation.

Yes, an order placed through our site is secure. We use a PCI compliant shopping cart and payment provider. Any personal or sensitive data will be protected by a VeriSign SSL certificate throughout the entire checkout process and no one sees your credit/debit card information either during the order process or after you have completed your order.

When you complete your payment online you will be sent an email confirming your order. Make sure
you have typed a valid email address when placing your order. Check your SPAM folder if you haven't
received it within minutes after completing your order. If you do not receive the e-mail receipt,

Retail orders will typically ship within 1-2 business days from the date the payment is completed.

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business from the date the payment is completed.
Delivery transit time is usually between 2 - 9 days within the 48 contiguous states. All orders are shipped with Proof of Delivery.

At the present time, we only ship to United States, APO/FPO, and Canada addresses.

| Q. What if my order is undeliverable? |

If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the order will be returned to us.
The purchaser will be responsible for any reshipping fees charged by the postal service for
redelivery of the package.

We offer a 30 day return policy with a valid RMA number for unused or undamaged products.
If you find a defect or damage when you receive your order, please contact us at customerservice@appagare.com as soon as possible.
We will issue a RMA number and work with you to exchange the damaged item at no charge to you.
Please note that used products may not be returned and are not eligible for a refund.

| Q. Can I get a refund? |

If a product is returned with an authorized RMA number and qualifies for a refund, your purchase price will be refunded.
If it is determined that you are entitled to a refund, it will be initiated within 2 business days.
The bank then generally take 2 - 4 business days for the funds to be reversed back onto your credit card or PayPal account.
Only unused and undamaged products returned with a valid RMA number may qualify for a refund. See the full Terms and Conditions page.

| Q. From what material is the product made? |

The ash tray and wind breaks are mild steel and the cooking grill is aluminum on all units. The sides (and base, if applicable) are stainless steel.
Note - Discoloration due to heat will occur when used and is normal for the product material used.

Your barbecue will come pre-assembled from our shop and no assembly is required. However, these barbecue products are designed to
be taken with you "on-the-go" so you will need to unpack and setup the barbecue as described in the accompanying instruction manual.

IMPORTANT: Always locate and operate this unit as described in the "DANGER AND SAFETY WARNINGS" and "SAFETY AND USAGE WARNINGS" sections of the instruction manual.

| Q. How do I clean the product? |

Use a warm soapy water solution to clean and rinse with water. Do not use oven cleaner. For stainless steel units, do not use cleaners that contain citrus products, abrasive cleansers, or abrasive cleaning pads.
To extend the life of your barbecue, dry all metal surfaces before storing.
